"IR's new long-sleeve drytop, the "Full Conditions", is one of several products resulting from their partnership with Johnnie Kern. This drytop emphasizes comfort and ruggedness. According to John Weld, head of IR, the irritation often felt around the neck when wearing a drytop results from the gasket and/or overcuff not rotating with the head and neck. The gasket and overcuff are attached to the unyielding fabric of the drytop, and once the limit of the latex or overcuff material is reached the fabrics move against the skin rather than staying fixed in place. This leads to chafing of the sensitive neck areas."
